Order Processing Time

Ready-Made Dresses

Ready-made items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tailor-Made / Made-to-Order Dresses

Tailor-made dresses require production time before they can ship. These orders usually take 12–15 business days to be stitched/created before dispatch.

A few special handmade pieces, such as bridal bouquets, may take up to 30 days.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time starts once your order is dispatched.

We suggest planning your purchase at least one month before your special day, so your dress arrives with time to spare.

Shipping Time

We offer the following shipping options once your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days — FREE
  • Express / Expedited Shipping: 3–8 business days (charges apply — see below)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier's service. We ship primarily within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country/region
  • Shipping method selected (Standard vs Express)
  • Package weight/size

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information whenever the carrier provides it.

Your Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address on your order and cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

Customs and Import Charges

For any order shipped outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility. We do not collect them at checkout.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier at contact@cindisbridalaccessories.com with your order number, and we will work with you to make it right under our Refund Policy.
